E-commerce websites for Lebanese brands.

If you are selling through Instagram DMs, you already have the customers — what you are missing is somewhere for them to browse. We build online stores around how buying actually works here: WhatsApp, cash on delivery, and a phone in one hand.

Six things a Lebanese online store has to get right.

A checkout that fits how Lebanon actually buys

Most orders here still end in cash on delivery or a WhatsApp message, not a card form. We build the checkout around that instead of forcing customers through a payment flow they will abandon.

Stock and prices you can change yourself

Sold out, new colour, new season. You update the store from your phone without waiting on anyone, and without breaking the layout.

A catalogue, not an Instagram grid

Selling through DMs works until you are answering the same three questions forty times a day. A real product page — sizes, colours, materials, price — answers them before anyone asks.

Built for the phone, because that is the whole audience

Your customers arrive from an Instagram story on a phone. The phone experience is the product, and it is what we design first.

Product photography that sells

Consistent crops, honest colour, fast-loading images. We will tell you when a photo is costing you sales rather than quietly designing around it.

Delivery that is clear before checkout

Areas, fees and timing stated up front. Surprise delivery costs at the last step are one of the most common reasons a cart gets abandoned.

Launching soon

Our retail work is newer than our restaurant work — we would rather tell you that than pad this page. Most of what we have launched so far is for food brands, and you can see that work here.

From first message to launch.

  1. 01

    We talk

Your products, how you take orders today, and where the current process is costing you time.

  2. 02

    We design

You see your real products in the real design — catalogue, product page, checkout — before we build.

  3. 03

    We build

The full store on your domain, with a way for you to add products and change prices yourself.

  4. 04

    We stay

New seasons, new lines, changes to delivery. We're here after launch, not just up to it.

What shop owners ask us.

Can customers pay by card?
It depends on which payment provider you can open an account with. We will build to whatever you can support — and in the meantime cash on delivery and WhatsApp confirmation cover how most Lebanese stores sell today.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. You get a way to add products, change prices and mark things sold out without needing us. We show you how before launch.
I already sell through Instagram. Why do I need a site?
Instagram is where people find you; it is a poor place to browse forty products or answer size questions. A site gives your customers somewhere to look properly, and gives you a link that works in every bio, story and message.
How many products can it handle?
Tell us the number you expect and we will build for it. A ten-piece capsule collection and a few hundred SKUs are different jobs, and it is better to say so at the start.
Do I own the store?
Yes. The domain and the site are yours.

Ready to build something exceptional?

Tell us what you sell and how you sell it now. We'll come back with a direction for the store.
